Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds on purchases made through our website. However, if you believe you have a genuine reason for a refund, please contact us at karanthskitchen@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.

We will review your request and verify the circumstances. If we determine that a refund is warranted due to valid reasons such as product defects or errors on our part, we will process the refund accordingly.

Returns

We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at karanthskitchen@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging within 2 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return request and verify the eligibility, we will provide further instructions on returning the item.
